As every parasail is made to meet your order requirements
it generally takes 2 weeks plus shipping time.
We always try to get the parasial to you as soon as possible
This time may vary especially during summer months when we are at full capacity
Winter months generally have shorter wait times

All Sportlite parasails are fitted with a trim system to correct a bias
Trimming instructions can be found in our support section

All Sportlite parasails are fitted with adjustable ears/stabilisers
Ear/Stabiliser adjustment instructions can be found in our support section

All Sportlite parasails lines can be individually changed

Contact us with the size/serial number of your parasail and the panels that are damaged.
Pictures are always helpful.
We can then make an initial assessment of the damage and decide with you
on how/if we can repair it

We DO NOT print artwork onto our parasails
All artwork is cut from material and sewn to the parasail
therefore we try to colour match as best as possible using our available colours
